Our Eldership Team
EGCC is led by an Eldership Team. The team is led by our Lead Pastor John Watson who will seek God for the vision of the church. We take responsibility together for the life and care of the church. The Elders are supported by many others who take a leadership role whether that be in leading Community Groups, Youth and Children's ministry and other church and community activities.

John Watson
John has been in the church from the beginning and made a commitment to Christ at the age of 18. Lived only in Eltham attending local schools then working in the city. He has been self employed since '94 and leading the church for the last 17 years. He is married to Janna and has three children and loves coffee and café culture.

Daniel Bull
Daniel has been at EGCC since becoming a Christian at the age of 13. Through the years he has worked with the children and youth, led prayer teams and been involved in the ministry of the Word. He is married to Louisa and they have three young sons. Daniel enjoys doing Parkrun and playing games if he gets the chance.

Alan Robinson
Alan is a long term member of EGCC and has held a number of roles. Alan has recently been released from being the Chief Executive of Greenwich Foodbank but remains involved. Alan is married to Esme and has 3 children and a number of grandchildren. He has also been a Trustee for many years and continues to play a large supporting role in church life.

The Eldership does not do it alone, the church is filled with many other leaders who help lead Life Groups, Youth & Children Activities, Community Activities and other Ministries. We believe in body ministry and encourage the church to discover their gifting and operate confidently in it.
